Rock climbing pinnacles

At Anaconda we believe it is important to ‘Do one thing every day that scares you’ and we have just the thing! It’s our rock climbing pinnacle.The first time is always scary. From the bottom it doesn't look so bad, but once you are half way up everything changes - You look down, the hands shake, the adrenalin surges but you go for it!

For only $4 per climb, bring the whole family...

Note: Safety is our 1st, 2nd and 3rd priority and kids must be six years or older to climb.

Kayak pools

If you've ever tried testing a kayak or canoe by sitting in the kayak on the ground and rocking from side to side you'll know there is a better way.

The Anaconda kayak pools allow you to personally test and manoeuvre river and sea kayaks in the comfort of a shallow swimming pool, an ideal, familiar and safe environment for you and the kids. The Anaconda kayak test pools are all about fun and learning. Bring the kids today...

Bike workshops

Turn to Anaconda’s experienced bike mechanics to get your bike into shape. Our bike team are passionate about cycling, including downhill, road, bmx and cross country.

Our experienced technicians offer a wide range of services from basic tune ups to complete overhauls. Your bike is in good hands at Anaconda.

Rentals

We rent out kayaks, camping gear, bikes, snow gear and even our famous mobile rock climbing pinnacle for a special event. We won't charge for the day you pick up the gear or the day you drop it off because sometimes it takes a little while to get where you are going. 

Furthermore if you decide that you want to buy the product you’ve been renting, we will take the money you spent on rental and allow you to purchase the same product (but brand spanking new!) minus this amount! Are we crazy? Yes, probably, but its all about getting you out there as easily as possible.

Aquariums

Visit our famous water departments and discover the amazing self-contained underwater world inn every Anaconda store that will leave the kids full of wonder. 

Each of our departments offers an unusually interactive experience and our Fishing department is no exception.

Our fishing department caters for all enthusiasts, from the first timer to the seasoned angler. You after state-of-the-art and world class equipment?We've got you covered.

What's more our team members could chat with you for hours about fishing and the local waterways. Problem is, its hard to get them to stop...sorry about that!

Stove-testing stations

Want to test a hike stove or learn to light a mantel before heading outdoors. Testing stations are set up for you to try before you buy.

Safely try a hike stove, camping stove, cob cooker or gas lantern before making your decision to purchase.
