Hot inside, it stays so cold on the outside that you can hold it in your hands while it’s cooking, and use it safely on any surface, even glass. Cobb cooked food is healthy. Fats and oils drain from the grill into the moat, not into the fire, so there is no smoke with Cobb cooking.
