How can I redeem my 10% reduction?

You can redeem the Lowest Price Guarantee by visiting your local Anaconda store with advertising material, a genuine signed quote, a dated receipt or any other official document from the other retail store.

These documents will be used to assist the Anaconda staff member to confirm that a product is current, in stock and offered at a lower price.

What items are included in the Lowest Price Guarantee?

Any identical product that is in stock and available for sale (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) by both the competitor and Anaconda at the time of quoting.

What items are excluded from the Lowest Price Guarantee?

Anaconda will match a competitor’s advertised price for an identical stocked product subject to the following conditions:

• The product is identical: including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour;
• The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks)  in the quantity requested and available  for immediate purchase;
• The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and bonus offers;
• Excludes competitor websites that don't have a store;
• Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount;
• Excludes cash back offers and reproductions (e.g. photocopies, print outs etc.) of competitors’ vouchers;
• The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Anaconda;
• The Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
